A tragic incident occurred in Ayodhya on Tuesday evening, resulting in the loss of three lives. Three women drowned while bathing in the Ghaghara river at Sanaha village, and two girls are still missing. The victims who lost their lives have been identified as Mariyam, 18, Shaheen, 35, and Sajrul, 40.
The two missing girls, Rashida and Naziya, are both around 15 years old. Villagers were able to pull the bodies of the three women from the river, and the administration, along with relief and rescue teams, conducted a search operation to locate the missing persons. Police and local administration officials were present at the scene, overseeing the rescue efforts.
The bodies of the deceased have been sent for post-mortem examination. In light of this incident, the administration has urged people to exercise extreme caution when bathing in rivers and other water bodies.
