The Arunachal Pradesh Information Commission has imposed a penalty of Rs 25,000 on Yomken Karga, Executive Engineer-cum-Public Information Officer (EE-cum-PIO) of the PWD Koloriang Division in Kurung Kumey district. The penalty was imposed under Section 20 (1) of the Right to Information (RTI) Act, 2005, for violating the provisions of the Act.
